PROTECT YOUR HOME - You hire our company to arrange a caution on the title of your home at the Ontario Land Registry Office.  After the lawyer registers this at the Land Registry Office, if anyone attempts to transfer title or register any document, the land registry office will notify you in the manner you specified on the caution (email or registered mail.)

We charge a one-time fee of $150.00 plus HST.

The fee includes everything including the lawyer's fee.

In the future if you wish to sell or re-mortgage your property you just contact the lawyer to have the caution removed.
